• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset.
• Basic visual sense and appreciation for photography and aesthetics.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or photography-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with clients in a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the photo selection process after their photoshoot (Sales).
• Provide professional recommendations on portraits, packages, and products.
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales).
• Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements.
• Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks.
