Job summary

Aurae Photography Studio, a boutique portrait studio in Singapore, invites a client‑facing sales and service assistant. You will guide clients through the photo selection process after shoots and help them choose portraits, packages and products.

You will handle enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and email, follow up on bookings and post‑shoot arrangements, and coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a seamless, premium client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and sales mindset.
• Interest in photography and aesthetics.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with clients in a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the photo selection process after their shoot.
• Provide professional recommendations on portraits, packages, and products.
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales).
• Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements.
• Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks.
