Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support West clients. You will attend to customer enquiries, process orders, and liaise with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries of all orders.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, and preferably SAP knowledge. Benefits include 13th-month pay, AWS, 15 days annual leave, a 3-month probation, and comprehensive health and life insurance.

• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.

Sales Coordinator (West / Up to $3,500)

Location: Buroh Street (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm

Benefits Package:

• Remuneration: 13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus. Salary increments are conducted in March.
• Leave & Probation: 15 days of annual leave with a 3-month probation period.
