Qualifications

• Diploma or A-level with an engineering focus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive growth and expand distributor networks.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up to close sales transactions.
• Monitor sales performance for local and overseas markets to support business objectives.
• Manage sales leads, prepare proposals, and update CRM data for accurate records.
• Generate regular sales reports to inform planning and decisions.
• Serve as the first contact for inquiries, delivering responsive customer service.
• Provide sales support and product training for customers to enhance usage.

Join SealXpert as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to drive customer growth, manage distributor networks, and support sales operations across local and overseas markets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive continuous business growth and expand local and overseas distributor networks
• Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up with distributors and customers to ensure timely closure of sales transactions
• Monitor and track sales performance for local and overseas markets to support business objectives
• Manage sales leads, prepare proposals, and update CRM data to maintain accurate sales records and support sales strategy development
• Generate regular sales reports to provide insights that inform sales planning and decision-making
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering responsive and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Provide sales support and conduct product training for local and overseas customers to enhance product knowledge and usage

Preferred competencies and certifications

• Knowledge of Export Documentations
• Proficiency in using Autocount software

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum "A" Level or Diploma, preferably in Engineering discipline
