Job summary

SealXpert Products Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to drive customer growth and manage distributor networks. The role covers local and overseas markets within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will build lasting relationships, prepare quotations, monitor performance, and maintain CRM data to support sales strategy. Training is provided to enhance product knowledge and usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum "A" Level or Diploma, preferably in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing channel distribution sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive continuous business growth and expand local and overseas distributor networks
• Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up with distributors and customers to ensure timely closure of sales transactions
• Monitor and track sales performance for local and overseas markets to support business objectives
• Manage sales leads, prepare proposals, and update CRM data to maintain accurate sales records and support sales strategy development
• Generate regular sales reports to provide insights that inform sales planning and decision-making
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering responsive and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Provide sales support and conduct product training for local and overseas customers to enhance product knowledge and usage
