Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Support role at Joo Koon. The position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,200 to 3,000 with AWS and VB, working from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, and training provided to those with lesser experience.

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, process orders, issue POs, and coordinate daily delivery and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant experience in a similar role will have an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors and coordinate order processing and delivery timelines.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO), proforma invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
