Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support sales activities with accuracy. You will process sales and purchase orders, coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and monitor order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent, has 3+ years in sales coordination or order processing, is proficient in Excel with SAP experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities
