Job summary

Smollan Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to coordinate daily PSI/ISO updates and manage factory orders. You will liaise with sales teams, product planning, suppliers, and factories to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining records and invoices, handling customer inquiries, and preparing monthly PSI reports for Business Planning and HQ.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Business Administration is required.
• At least 1 year of sales support experience; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily, weekly, and monthly PSI/ISO updates and factory orders.
• Coordinate local product orders, ISO confirmations, and shipping; follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain customer/partner records, orders, and invoices, and respond to inquiries about orders and stock status.
• Prepare and send Monthly PSI reports by product category to Business Planning and HQ.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Service, and Finance on orders and launches.
