Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Yishun is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support customer orders and coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams. You will track deliveries, stock status and order updates while assisting the sales team.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM. The candidate will respond to inquiries, maintain records and provide product information to customers, with a monthly salary up to SGD 3,200 plus AWS and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, internal sales or customer service preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Track deliveries, stock availability and order status.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain sales records and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
