From coordinating with warehouse and logistics to preparing quotations and maintaining data accuracy, you will be a key backbone of the sales team, enabling timely order fulfilment and superior service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business administration, sales or related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or sales support in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mandarin-speaking clients are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions.
• Coordinate with clients to clarify order requirements and delivery timelines.
• Liaise between the sales team, warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documentation with precision.
• Manage sales inquiries and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records in the system.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve issues during the order cycle.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks to enable business development.
