About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at our Tuas West Region location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth customer interactions. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that every customer receives prompt and professional service.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions
• Coordinating with clients to clarify order requirements, delivery timelines and specifications
• Liaising between the sales team, warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Preparing quotations, invoices and sales documentation with precision and accuracy
• Managing sales enquiries and responding to customer requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating the customer database and sales records in our system
• Monitoring delivery status and resolving any issues that arise during the order cycle
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to enable them to focus on business development
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within the manufacturing (glass) or distribution industry
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams, ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients would be a plus point.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with the glass or construction materials industry is advantageous
