Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive to join its industrial equipment team in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring smooth transactions and on-time deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales coordination or related fields, with SAP experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal departments, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service or order processing.
• Experience using SAP is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience in shipping coordination and import/export documentation would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Candidates who can commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
