Job summary

A local service provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team. The role involves attending to customer enquiries, processing sales and sample orders, and maintaining accurate sales data. Ideal candidates should be proficient in English, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. This position offers a structured working schedule including a 5.5-day work week with transport provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification required: Nitec (ITE) and/or GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience in administrative tasks, customer service, or fast-paced office settings is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A reliable team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by attending to customer enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and emails.
  • Create, process, and follow up on sales and sample orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Compile and maintain sales leads, allocate leads to the sales team, and provide relevant sales data.
  • Perform accurate data entry of sales figures, customer information, and other records.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales and management teams.
  • Take on any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the company.
