PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a logistics and order-to-cash specialist in Jurong East on a 6‑month contract. Hybrid work up to 2 days per week, with the first 3 months in the office to ramp up. Responsibilities include handling end-to-end order to cash, SAP processing, and shipping documentation for customers.

The role requires 3–5 years in an MNC, strong logistics knowledge, and SAP/MS Office proficiency. Preference for experience with Asia import shipments and export documentation.

• Coordinate with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade teams on profiles/ECs/Trade sanctions.
• Collaborate with HQ, Sales, SCM, AR, Credit & Legal to resolve credit and logistics matters.

Hybrid work arrangements (up to 2 days a week can work from home), first 3 months to work in office everyday to familiarize with everything.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for complete order to cash process




• Process customer orders using SAP system




• Provide sales support to designated countries




• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers




• Attend to customer complaints and handle customer request for samples




• Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant




• Interact with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 – 5 years of work experience in an MNC environment.




• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping. Familiar with export documentation e.g. Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Export Letter of Credit orders, preparation of banking documents using Trade Services online banking system etc.




• Experience in processing ASIA import shipments is preferred.




• Experienced in using SAP system and MS Office is an advantage




• Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues.




• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.




• Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management and Global Trade Services will be advantageous
