Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a logistics/order-to-cash professional for a 6 months contract in Jurong East. You will handle the full O2C cycle, process orders in SAP, and coordinate shipping docs for multiple countries, while addressing customer queries and samples.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in an MNC, familiarity with export documentation, and experience with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in an MNC environment.
• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping, with export documentation familiarity.
• Experience handling Asia import shipments is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; strong teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete order to cash process.
• Process customer orders using SAP system.
• Provide sales support to designated countries.
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers.
• Attend to customer complaints and handle sample requests.
• Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade to manage customer profiles and trade documents.
• Collaborate with HQ, Sales & Marketing, SCM, AR, Credit & Legal to follow up on credit and logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for complete order to cash process
• Process customer orders using SAP system
• Provide sales support to designated countries
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers
• Attend to customer complaints and handle customer request for samples
• Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant
• Interact with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 – 5 years of work experience in an MNC environment.
• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping. Familiar with export documentation e.g. Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Export Letter of Credit orders, preparation of banking documents using Trade Services online banking system etc.
• Experience in processing ASIA import shipments is preferred.
• Experienced in using SAP system and MS Office is an advantage
• Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues.
• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management and Global Trade Services will be advantageous
