Job summary

A leading professional services company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional for the Sales Team. The successful candidate will provide full administrative support, maintain records, and prepare reports while demonstrating strong Microsoft Office skills. Ideally, you have a diploma/degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in sales administration. This is a full-time role with competitive salary aligned with experience.

Qualifications

  • Entry level or 1–2 years of experience in sales admin or coordination is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, or maintenance contract renewals preferred.

Job description

Location: East (Walking distance from Geylang Bahru MRT Station)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Salary: $2,400 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project and contract execution.
  • Maintain sales records, databases, and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance contracts, renewals, and service inquiries.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or Canva.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely contract renewals and deliverables.
  • Assist in resolving customer or operational issues through coordination with relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry level or 1–2 years’ experience in sales admin or coordination is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Proactive mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, or maintenance contract renewals preferred.
