Responsibilities

• Manage customers enquiries via emails, whatsapp messages and phone calls
• Coordinate and process customer orders, monitor delivery status, and liaise with warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure that invoices are prepared in an accurate manner according to ordering details (price and quantity)
• Alert Superior on daily orders, inventory status and special customer enquiries
• Manage and collate invoices after delivery
• Remind and follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Stay up-to-date with existing and new products details - expiry date, specifications, halal status, country of origin, shipment date
• Monitor payment terms activities for customers
• Manage reserved stocks and inventory for Food Service
• Ad hoc Sales Support
