Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to blend outbound sales prospecting with recruitment coordination in Singapore.

You will conduct cold calls to business clients, qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and source candidates via portals. You will also coordinate follow-up activities across both sales and recruitment functions. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in telesales or recruitment settings, and the ability to manage calendars

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

This role combines outbound sales prospecting with recruitment coordination, requiring you to conduct cold calls to business clients, qualify leads, and manage appointment scheduling. You will also source candidates through job portals, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate follow-up activities across both sales and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients, identify decision-makers, and pitch relevant services.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify inbound/outbound leads, manage schedules, and lock in discovery meetings or commercial appointments.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Source candidates via portals (JobStreet, MyCareersFuture), conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess cultural/skill fit.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate log of call activity, meeting outcomes, and candidate interview notes.
• Follow-up & Coordination: Send confirmation briefs, follow-up emails, and coordinate next steps for both sales leads and candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, business development, or recruitment agency settings.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive telephone etiquette; comfortable speaking to both corporate clients and job seekers.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and structured in calendar management.
• Advantageous: Possession of Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) if handling employment agency/placement operations.
