About the role

MECADO TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Core Central Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. As Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, facilitating communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records of all transactions and customer communications

• Coordinating with sales representatives to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

• Managing customer enquiries and providing timely responses with relevant product and pricing information

• Scheduling meetings, demonstrations, and site visits for the sales team

• Maintaining and updating the customer database and sales pipeline systems

• Preparing sales reports and analysing sales data to support decision-making

• Liaising between customers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks including filing, email management, and event coordination

• Monitoring delivery schedules and following up on outstanding orders

• Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role
