New Wave Display is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator in Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries and orders, keep CRM data accurate, and assist with daily operations to help the sales team perform at its best.

Responsibilities include updating records, generating routine sales reports, coordinating deliveries, and supporting events and campaigns to boost brand visibility. A strong communicator with good organizational skills will thrive in this role.

You will support the team by managing customer enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues to maintain strong client relationships
• Enter and update sales records accurately in the CRM system to ensure reliable data management
• Generate sales reports and management information to support decision-making and track performance
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating delivery arrangements
• Support marketing activities including events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles, preferably within the sales industry
• Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office to manage sales and office tasks efficiently
