Job summary

LEXX CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of main doors, gates, and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

The role focuses on generating new business, managing relationships, preparing quotations, and meeting sales targets with professional product advice and excellent service. The candidate will identify opportunities, meet diverse stakeholders, and deliver compelling product presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in renovation, construction or home improvement industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Driving license and Mandarin language ability are advantageous.
• Singaporean or Malaysian candidates are welcome to apply.
• Six-day work week is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, site visits, networking, and digital enquiries.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of doors and gates to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, developers, architects, and corporate clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and recommend door and gate solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
• May involve outdoor networking activities to generate leads.

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of main doors, gates, and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role focuses on generating new business, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while delivering professional product advice and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, site visits, networking, and digital enquiries.
• Promote and sell the company's range of products related to main door and gates
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable door and gate solutions based on customers' needs and budgets.
• Might require to do outdoor networking.

Preferred Competencies and Qualification

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in renovation, construction or home improvement industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Driving License and speak Mandarin will be in advantage
• Singaporean or Malaysian are welcome
• 6 Day Works per week
