Fuku in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support client acquisition and service delivery from Tai Seng. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, create orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Executive roles.
• Experience in Construction, Handyman Services, Renovation, Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, or related service industries preferred.
• Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Introduce the company portfolio and promote in-house services to customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
