Job summary

LVL Music Academy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a confident Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue through both retail sales and B2B development.

You will identify new customers, demonstrate instruments, close deals and build long-term relationships with dealers, schools and corporate accounts, while aiming to meet monthly targets and earn competitive commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong passion for selling, negotiating and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated and confident in approaching potential customers.
• Ability to independently prospect, acquire and develop new business accounts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to handle both retail sales and external business development.
• Experience in retail sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is an advantage, but strong sales ability and the right attitude are more important.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell violins, cellos, bows, cases, strings and musical accessories.
• Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into successful purchases.
• Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Actively identify and acquire new dealers, music schools, music teachers and corporate accounts.
• Generate new local and international business opportunities through prospecting, outreach and networking.
• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, presentations and business meetings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
