Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales of violins, cellos, bows and accessories. You will engage walk-in customers, understand needs, recommend products and close deals, while following up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.

The role targets monthly sales with potential for commissions, offering exposure to international brands and career growth based on performance. Located at Bukit Timah with a 5-day week and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience and ability to meet targets.
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying potential customers.
• Ability to generate new leads, acquire clients and grow business accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for lasting relationships.
• Experience in retail sales, B2B sales or business development preferred.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell violins, cellos, bows, cases, strings and other musical accessories.
• Assist walk-in customers by understanding needs, recommending products and closing sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, schools and corporate clients.
• Expand local and international markets through proactive prospecting, outreach and networking.
• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, presentations and meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
