You will warmly welcome students and parents, convert inquiries into trial lessons and enrollments, process enrolments and billing, promote service packages and tickets, and maintain records.

Aufgaben

• Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify their musical goals and actively convert inquiries into free trial lessons and long-term enrolments
• Coordinate and process new student enrolments, new music course and package activation, recurring lessons retentions, monitoring student learning journey record and observe teachers' classroom teaching effectiveness
• Spearhead the promotion and sales of company service packages and concert/recital tickets
• Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student withdrawal
• Assist with invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and arrange make up lessons, if required
• Follow SOP and work instructions
• Maintain real-time records of all tasks, customer orders, follow-up actions and outstanding matters in shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets)

• Coordinate and process new student enrolments, new music course and package activation, recurring music lessons retentions, monitoring student learning journey record and observe teachers' classroom teaching effectiveness
• Spearhead the promotion and sales of company service packages and concert/recital tickets
• Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student withdrawal
• Assist with invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and perform make up lessons' arrangements, if required
• Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction
• Maintain real-time records of all tasks, customer orders, follow-up actions and outstanding matters in shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets), ensuring that information is updated promptly and consistently across all communication channels
