Job summary

CRESTAR ENTERPRISE, a Singapore-based leader in ceiling fan innovation, is seeking a Retail Executive to join our showroom network in Tampines, Bendemeer and Jurong East. The role blends in-person sales with online channels, handling customer inquiries and coordinating installation and delivery to drive growth.

You will collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams, maintain records and quotations, and support day-to-day showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Working hours are 9am–6pm, with 2 days off per week and minimum 2 weekend days off per month.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: engage with walk-in customers, promote products, coordinate installation and delivery, prepare invoices and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Online Sales Management: manage sales through company websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms; develop sales strategies and handle inquiries.
• Team Collaboration and Administrative Tasks: work with marketing and warehouse teams; maintain records, arrange courier services, manage quotations, and encourage customer reviews.

Job Description:

• Online Sales Management: The Retail Executive is responsible for managing sales through company websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms, developing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth online transactions.
• Team Collaboration and Administrative Tasks: The role involves working with marketing and warehouse teams to support sales efforts, maintaining accurate records and compliance, arranging courier services, managing quotations, and encouraging customer reviews
