Job summary

NOOK AND CRANNY PTE. LTD. is seeking energetic individuals to join our furniture retail team at Raffles City Shopping Centre.

You will assist customers with pricing, stock, and furniture details, build relationships through follow-ups and quotations, and help place orders. Delivery scheduling and shop tidiness are part of the role. We value a fluent English speaker with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service, and eligible candidates can receive sales commissions.

• Assisting customers with queries on pricing, stock availability, furniture make etc.
• Building relationships with customers including follow up, generating quotations and customer visitation.
• Assisting customers to place orders.
• Scheduling of deliveries.
• Assisting in retail shop tidiness, price tagging, administrative support.
