Job summary

HomeSmart.sg in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and craft creative campaigns for Aqara and other smart home brands. You will meet customers in our Chinatown showroom and showcase products with enthusiasm.

We're looking for an outgoing, tech‑savvy professional who thrives on interaction. Fluency in English is essential, weekend work is expected, and experience with Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva/Premiere Pro is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with good communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage online presence (website, Lazada, Shopee, social media).
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a welcoming, informative experience.
• Demonstrate products and guide customers through the sales process.

The HomeSmart.sg team is expanding! Join Singapore's most progressive and energetic smart home company. As a top-level distributor of Aqara and other major smart home brands, we're making lives better with technology.

We're now looking for a results-oriented and technically-competent individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive . In this role, you'll be driving sales and executing creative marketing campaigns, plus meeting customers in our showroom at Keong Saik Road. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy interacting with people, and love seeing the results of creative marketing ideas, we would love to hear from you!

As part of your training, you'll be equipped with high-tech knowledge and skills in smart homes, including lighting, door locks, and curtains. We believe in practical experience, which means we also loan (or give, or discount) products to our team members for use in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brands' message, raise brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
• Manage various online and digital presence, including websites, platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, and social media accounts.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with a welcoming and informative experience.
• Engage with customers online and in person to go through the sales processes, providing product demonstrations and enhancing the customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage the customer flow in the showroom.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the showroom.

Requirements

• We're looking for an outgoing individual with a friendly demeanor who can communicate effectively with customers.
• Passion for technology, especially smart home products.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
• Must be willing to work on weekends. 5 days work per week.
• Proficiency at graphics and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.
