Job summary

Nook & Cranny in Singapore is seeking energetic people to join our furniture retail team at Raffles City Shopping Centre. You will assist customers with pricing, stock availability, and order placement while building relationships through follow-ups and quotations.

This in-person role offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, temporary) and commission-based pay; you will help with deliveries, keep the shop tidy, and support administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Delight in handling customers.
• Good attitude.
• Eligible for Sales Commissions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with queries on pricing, stock availability, furniture make etc
• Building relationships with customers including follow up, generating quotations and customer visitation.
• Assisting customers to place orders
• Scheduling of deliveries
• Assisting in retail shop tidiness, price tagging, administrative support.
• Positions at the Raffles City Shopping Centre
