Job summary

Mikimoto Jewellery (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson based in Singapore. You will warmly welcome clients, understand their needs, and recommend jewellery pieces to support sales and client satisfaction.

Daily duties include presenting products, explaining key features, handling transactions, and keeping records. You will provide after-sales service, maintain an inviting showroom, assist with visual merchandising, and work with the team to meet sales targets

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet targets and close sales in a luxury retail environment.
• Solid Product Knowledge about jewellery, materials, and brand heritage.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service to build rapport and manage client expectations in-store.
• Basic POS and cash handling proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Relevant experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium customer-facing roles is beneficial; multilingual abilities and a professional appearance are advantages.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Singapore. The Retail Salesperson will welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces to support sales and client satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include presenting products, explaining key features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

The role also involves providing after-sales service, ensuring the showroom is well-presented and stocked, and supporting visual merchandising and promotional activities.

The Retail Salesperson will work closely with the team to meet sales targets and uphold Mikimoto Jewellery's standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications
