Job summary

Netforge Solution Sdn Bhd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales/customer-facing professional. You will identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and tailor quotations to meet project specs, while ensuring timely order delivery and issue resolution.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer-facing work, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong Excel skills. You will work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales or customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
