Responsibilities

• Aid in the coordination of the sales team's work.
• Generate task number and process new sales orders from the ERP system.
• Oversee sales team's communication with clients by supplying necessary data.
• Keeping an eye on outstanding orders till the delivery is finished
• Coordinate with the warehouse to set up delivery
• Communicate any export-related issues with the forwarder
• CIPL (shipping document preparation)
• Setting up courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT)
• Document filing and routine office tasks
