Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, prepare sales documentation, and support the Sales Administration Manager. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment and is proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order fulfilment, including preparing quotations and invoices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer sales inquiries and ensure efficient resolution.
  • Coordinate with customers and testing departments on re-test requests and variation orders.
  • Assist the Sales Administration Manager in generating sales reports.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer sales inquiries and ensure efficient resolution.
  • Receive and manage product samples.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing, and related documentation.
  • Manage customer purchase orders and account details in the ERP system.
  • Monitor pending orders and provide timely updates to the Sales Administration Manager.
  • Coordinate with customers and testing departments on re-test requests and variation orders.
  • Generate and release final test reports to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Assist the Sales Administration Manager in generating sales reports and streamlining processes.
  • Provide support to colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order fulfilment, including preparing quotations, invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Synergix), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
