Job summary

AME International in Singapore is seeking a diligent professional to update and monitor customer product BOM, drawings and specifications, while assisting Sales Engineers with proposals, tender documents and production launches.

You will prepare pre-production and final documentation, update purchase orders and delivery schedules, and manage filing systems. Fresh grads or candidates with 1 year of related experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• A-Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong background in related field will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Update, compile and monitor the customer product BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification
• Assist Sales Engineer during the quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents
• Assist Sales Engineer to trigger the production Job Launch
• Compilation and submission of Pre-production documentations
• Assist Sales Engineer to update Customer Purchase Order and delivery schedule
• Compilation and Submission of concession/NC Documents to customer
• Compilation and Submission of final product documentation to customer
• Assists Sales Engineer in Filing System Management
• Other tasks delegated by superior
