Job summary

The Singapore Wheelchair Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a role that focuses on customer service, invoicing, data entry, and coordinating daily deliveries for online platforms and our website. You will manage invoices, maintain inventory accuracy, and support logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Work is based at Ang Mo Kio with a 9 AM–6 PM schedule, five days a week, and a competitive monthly salary plus commission and AWS. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• No age or qualification requirement.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Able to write and speak English.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Word.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start immediately or with one month's notice.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to phone calls during office hours.
• Invoicing & Data Entry: Generate invoices and input sales data daily.
• Track orders from confirmation to delivery across platforms; update listings and resolve issues.
• Schedule courier pickups, arrange delivery times, and communicate with couriers.
