Job summary

Wheelchair88 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a humble, patient Showroom Sales Executive to attend to customers and manage daily showroom operations for mobility equipment.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, empathy for seniors and people with disabilities, and the ability to demonstrate products, handle inquiries, quotations and orders, while keeping the showroom tidy. Candidates should be able to move equipment safely and work independently in a full-time, on-site role at CT

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and fluent English.
• Physically able to move mobility equipment.
• Willing to assist with showroom duties beyond sales.
• Respectful and comfortable assisting elderly people and persons with disabilities.
• Organised with follow-up and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom visitors and enquiries through emails, calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate suitable products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Keep the showroom and demonstration products properly arranged.
• Handle basic after-sales enquiries and support the showroom's daily operations.
