Job summary

AQUA-TERRA SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Admin to support sales engineers in quotation, production, and documentation in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

You will update BOM, prepare proposals, trigger production launches, and manage pre-production documentation, purchase orders and delivery schedules. Strong organizational and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing
• Experience in the precision engineering or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes or manufacturing operations will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Update, compile and monitor the customer product BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification
• Assist Sales Engineer during the quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents
• Assist Sales Engineer to trigger the production Job Launch
• Compilation and submission of pre-production documentation
• Assist Sales Engineer to update Customer Purchase Order and delivery schedule
• Compilation and Submission of concession/NC Documents to customer
• Compilation and Submission of final product documentation to customer
• Assists Sales Engineer in Filing System Management
