Job summary

UNIQUE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Administration professional to handle enquiries, prepare quotations, source materials, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Operations/Production, update customers on status, maintain records, and support the sales team with invoices and delivery documents. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales Admin and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Administration or Sales Coordination in manufacturing or precision engineering preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and RFQs, and prepare quotations promptly and accurately.
• Source materials, components, and parts required for customer orders.
• Process and monitor purchase orders and sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with Operations/Production on order status, material availability, production progress, and delivery schedules.
• Update customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and any changes or delays.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide general sales administration and operational support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
