is seeking a Sales/Admin Assistant to support the sales team with quotations, order processing, customer communications, and documentation management for industrial C-parts like fasteners, washers, shims, O-rings, clips, cable ties, springs, and other production consumables. You will ensure smooth daily sales operations and deliver excellent service for customers while coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and logistics to meet delivery timelines and

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer quotations in a timely manner.
Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and sales documentation.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate order confirmations and communicate order status updates.
Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery.
Track backorders and communicate updates to customers.
Assist in expediting urgent customer orders when required.
