Qualifications

• GCE 'O' or Nitec Level is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a hectic setting.
• Self-reliant and mature, able to work with little direction.
• Upbeat and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email or phone and provide timely responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for delivery schedules.
• Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
• Track order status and inform customers of updates or delays.
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and terms accuracy in all docs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on quotes.
• Support sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
