Job summary

Desangel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Merchandiser & Sales Admin to manage product assortments and support sales operations in a dynamic retail environment.

You will balance inventory control with sales administration, coordinate stock replenishment, product launches, and promotions, and handle order processing and logistics preparation to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in merchandising, sales support, or administrative roles within retail, FMCG, or trading industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Strong sense of job responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders accurately and within deadlines
• Prepare stock for logistics delivery according to order received and ensure timely order fulfillment by logistics partner.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation management
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
