Zusammenfassung

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive revenue for a strategic global customer in Singapore. You will own end-to-end account management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of commitments across regions.

The role requires strong knowledge of the semiconductor/electronics market, proven track record in managing large global accounts, and the ability to negotiate RFQs, pricing, and contracts. You will report to the Sales Director.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Experience with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned strategic global customer.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned account and product portfolio.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for the customer and coordinate across regions.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer demand, forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and HQ teams to support requirements.
• Manage customer issues with timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, updates, and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and memory market conditions relevant to the account.

• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer demand, sales forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
• Coordinate closely with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and Headquarters teams to support customer requirements.
• Manage customer issues and ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and management presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, customer business developments, competitor activities, and memory market conditions relevant to the assigned account.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders is preferred.
• Good understanding of semiconductor products, customer demand, pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.
