Job summary

FEDERAL EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to drive direct sales with customers through face-to-face engagements and a structured sales process in Singapore. The role focuses on achieving targets, acquiring and retaining customers, and handling end-to-end proposal activities.

Education required is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with three years of experience for Senior level in commercial or industrial sales.

• Represent the organisation to current and potential customers in face to face interactions via the Sales process.
• Aim to achieve Sales targets and be eligible for related commission.
• Engage in Sales calls, customer proposal creation, pricing proposal, account activation and post-sales activities.
• Support Customer Acquisition & Retention and monitor competitive activity.
