• Structured planning to quote prices effectively
• Identify opportunities to up sell and cross-sell our products and services in the form of total sourcing solutions
• Design and execute account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales for each key customer
• Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision-makers of each key customer
• Focus on ensuring customer's success and ROI to drive business retention and expansion
• Work with relevant stakeholders across departments to source for item/s required by customer.
