Job summary

BEST CASA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales leader to build and manage a sales team, drive revenue by developing new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers in marble products.

You will interpret customer needs, develop sales strategies based on market trends, and coordinate cross-functional projects to meet timelines. Experience liaising with consultants and architects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales team, set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain good rapport and business relationships with existing customers in related marble products.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers by interpreting their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
• Understand market trends and changing customer requirements to plan sales strategies.
• Coordinate department activities and projects to meet timelines.
• Conduct products & technical presentation/demonstrations to Consultants / Architects / Main & Sub Contractors.
• All related Sales and Marketing duties including projects follow up, preparation of quotes, project submissions, site meetings and collections.
• Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.

Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.
