Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a SailPoint IAM Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support for SailPoint and its integrations in a fast-paced corporate banking environment.

You will investigate and resolve IAM issues within SLAs, monitor platform health, perform root cause analysis, participate in upgrades, and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting SailPoint IAM.
• Experience in user access management, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of security and compliance related to access governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for SailPoint and its integrations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint issues and access requests within SLAs.
• Monitor SailPoint jobs, workflows, connectors, and platform health.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, releases, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for timely resolution.
• Communicate incidents and impact to stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
