Job summary

QINGJIAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a WSH Coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance and drive safety initiatives on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating inspections, incident investigations, and safety reporting to improve site safety and orderliness.

You will maintain daily checklists, lead toolbox talks, and support MOM regulatory adherence, with responsibilities including organizing Safety Committee meetings and daily safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a WSH coordinator in the construction industry
• Advance certificate in workplace safety and health

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report and assisting WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
• Responsible for daily checklists are properly documented and carry out mass toolbox meeting once a week.
• Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance.
• Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
• Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Education
