Job summary

A & B SCAFFOLD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Officer to help manage Workplace Safety & Health on construction sites in Singapore. You will monitor compliance, report unsafe acts, and support incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Requires WSH certification, at least 3 years in construction safety, and knowledge of ISO/OSHA standards. You will conduct safety training and site inspections to uphold stringent safety practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is required.
• Good knowledge of ISO and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report all work or operation that violate safety procedures and instructions or endanger life/property.
• Prepare daily/weekly workplace safe/unsafe observation reports.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations.
• Report all incidents and accidents per site/project and company emergency reporting protocol.
• Conduct safety training for employees.
• Perform regular site checks and take corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as directed that support safety objectives.
