Job summary

KAH SING DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support WSH compliance on site in Singapore. You will conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, investigate incidents, and deliver safety orientations to new joiners, supporting the project team with proactive safety actions.

Ideal candidates are organized, observant, and capable of communicating effectively with safety personnel to uphold site safety standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations
• Conduct daily site inspections and take appropriate corrective actions, preparing inspection reports for the project team
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences, put up reports, and recommend remedial actions
• Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site and daily toolbox meetings
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being carried out at all times
• Conduct risk assessments and identify safety hazards on site
• Work closely with WSHO and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance
• Participate in mass safety talks, toolbox talks, and housekeeping
