Formación
- Experience in implementing or auditing workplace safety programs.
- Familiarity with WSH legislation and compliance practices.
- Ability to communicate safety concepts clearly to staff and contractors.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure compliance with applicable WSH legislation, company safety policies, and site safety requirements.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and contractors.
- Conduct regular workplace and site safety inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Follow up on safety issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
- Coordinate safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and related reports.
- Assist in safety audits and inspections by clients or authorities.

Ensure compliance with applicable WSH legislation, company safety policies, and site safety requirements.
Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and contractors.

Follow up on safety issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Assist in preparing and reviewing risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
Monitor compliance with safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox meetings for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project teams and clients on site safety requirements.
Assist in investigating workplace accidents and near misses, and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain proper records of accidents, safety inspections, and related documentation.
Maintain and update WSH records, inspection reports, and other safety-related documents.
Assist in safety audits, client inspections, and inspections by relevant authorities.
Assist in emergency preparedness and safety improvement initiatives.
Perform other WSH-related duties as assigned by management.
